Can't sign in
The main thing, honestly
Password recovery by email doesn't work right now. This build has no mail server configured, so the email with the link won't go to anyone. If you press "Forgot password?", the screen won't pretend the email was sent — it will say plainly:
Password recovery by email isn't set up right now. Only whoever administers this platform can restore access.
We put this on a separate page because a silent "check your email" costs people days of checking their "Spam" folder.
What to do now: write to whoever set up this platform for you — access is restored manually.
The screen itself will show the support address, if there is one
Where support is set up, its email is in that same message. The guide deliberately keeps no copy of this address: an address named here at random is advice leading nowhere, and that's exactly what this page exists not to give.
Changing or confirming your email, taking your data, deleting your account — Your account.
If you REMEMBER your password and want to change it
This works without email. On the right of the dashboard bar there's Account — that's where you change your password (you need to know the current one), and there's a Sign out everywhere button: it ends all sign-ins to this account, including your current one.
Changed your password — other devices where you were signed in will be signed out, and you'll need to sign in there again.
This is most useful exactly when you've left the dashboard open on someone else's computer: first "Sign out everywhere", then calmly sign in from your own.
That's why you should save your password
While this is the case, the cheapest insurance is to save your password in your browser's password manager or write it down.
There's only one password requirement: at least 8 characters.
There are no other ways to sign in. Sign-in with Google, Apple, Facebook or Telegram isn't turned on in the product — if you come across such advice somewhere, it isn't about this dashboard.
What you'll see on the "Forgot password?" screen
One field — email, the one you sign in with. Then, after pressing "Send link", you'll see the honest refusal from the top of this page.
The form is protected by rate limiting: you can't use it to try out addresses.
If it says "Couldn't send the email" instead, that's a different thing: email is set up but didn't work this time. Try again in a minute.
The form won't tell you whether such an account exists
The response is the same for an existing email and a non-existent one. Otherwise this form could be used to check other people's addresses.
If you do have a link from an email
You may have received a link earlier, or support may have given you one. Then:
- it works for 30 minutes and once;
- opened later, it will show "This link is no longer valid" and offer to start over;
- on the page you enter the new password twice (8 characters or more), and after the change all other sessions of your account end.
If the screen says "The link is incomplete", the address wasn't copied in full. Copy it from the email in full, not part of the line.
Other reasons you can't get in
"Couldn't verify the session". This is not a sign-out: the session is alive, it just couldn't be confirmed. The dashboard keeps trying by itself, no need to reload the page. The Try again button is on the screen.
A "Reconnecting" bar at the top. The same thing, except the dashboard stays on screen and closes nothing.
"Too many attempts". A pause of a few dozen seconds, then try again.
Signing out failed. If a red banner appeared after pressing Sign out, you are not signed out: the session is alive. On someone else's computer this matters — try again.
