The dashboard is a conversation. You write what you want in plain words, and the builder does it itself: creates your assistant, writes its personality, reads your website, connects actions and channels. This guide explains how to talk to it and what comes out of it.
You don't set up your assistant with forms — you talk to it. There is a box you type into and a panel next to it that shows what came of what you wrote. The dashboard has separate screens only for things you don't hand over to the assistant: customers waiting for a person, money, and your team.
The builder doesn't tell you which buttons to press — it does the work itself. By the time you've finished reading its reply, the work is already done.
Small things it does right away; big things it asks about. Tone, language, greeting, name and knowledge it changes without asking and tells you straight away what it changed. Where your customers will see the result, where it can't be reverted, or where it touches someone else's system, it asks and waits for a clear "yes".
Changed your mind? Say "undo". Everything it did during that turn of the conversation is rolled back.
